At Sam Bat, we stand behind the quality of our professional-grade maple bats and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your equipment. If your unused bat does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure the bat is in its original, unused condition with all factory heat-shrink packaging intact; custom engraved bats are generally final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive the specific shipping instructions for our production facility.
Secure Packaging
Pack your bat securely in its original shipping box or a similar protective tube to prevent structural damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.
Inspection and Refund
Once our craftsmen inspect the returned item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement bat within 5-7 business days.
